30 Days, With an RMA

Request the return within 30 days of delivery and get the RMA number first.

Returns without authorisation are rejected.

Condition

The rim must be uninstalled, undamaged and complete with its original packaging.

Fitted or modified wheels are not returnable, and non-defective returns ship at the buyer’s cost.

Refund

Inspection first, then a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Bank timing varies and labour is not reimbursable.

Damaged, Wrong or Faulty

Send photos or video within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund.

A 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in normal use, and excludes accidents, improper fitting and wear.
